1. Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.

2. The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, Cab and in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made after which all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.

3. Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you need to pay the differences.

4. Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.

5. Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels and other services on requested dates.

6. Other terms & conditions applicable for cancellation, amendment or refund as per vendor or supplier policy, please verify all Terms & conditions before booking or cancelling the transaction.

7. Expense excluded of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/ fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax & any other item not specified in itinerary.

8. Any Increase in cost due to peak season, conventions, events and exhibitions, fuel hike, foreign exchange inflation, govt. /airport/ service tax duties or other market condition will chargeable extra.

9. In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.

10. Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.

11. The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 12 PM to 11 AM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

12. For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

13. ARN Holidays can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can’t assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

14. In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.

15. We strongly suggest our customer to carry hard copy of complete Vouchers provided by ARN Holidays to present the hotel and avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, Hotel can deny your booking and may not allow you to check in the hotel. In such situations ARN Holidays) will not be responsible for the same.

16. On tour if any unforeseen circumstances occur because of hotel, cab or any other service ARN Holidays is not responsible for the same.

17. The rates are subject to availability of airfare, accommodation, and class of booking on the airline and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. Any price increment in the mentioned things will be borne by the customer.

18. ARN Holidays reserve the right to use an alternate accommodation, airfare and transport of an equal or higher standard.

19. Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the Airline / hotel policy.

20. ARN Holidays reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all ARN Holidays websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.

21. ARN Holidays and its counterpart shall not be responsible for any change and alteration in the program due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, , sickness or accidents. Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot.

22. All the travel documents – Air Tickets, VISA & Hotel + Land Arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

23. On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that.
